Each week includes:
1 guided Hand Reflexology Session 10 minutes
& 1 guided Relaxation Exercise 10 to 15 minutes
4 Week Block £24 on Zoom

Never has there been a more urgent need for all of us to build resilience!
When our resilience is low – worn down by daily worries and a diet of bad news– the smallest thing can throw us out of kilter: moods deteriorate, energy dips, motivation plummets and bodily aches & pains suddenly become disabling.
We need resilience in Mind, Body and Spirit. I tend to interpret Mind as mental health, Body as our physical health, and finally Spirit as our emotional health. All three are important to be healthy and bounce back from minor setbacks.
Join the Essential Wellbeing Club! ! Weekly Wellbeing includes 1 guided Hand Reflexology Session and 1 guided Relaxation Session per week.
