Aromatherapy uses the healing and relaxing properties of pure essential oils that have been extracted from herbs, flowers, fruits, and trees. Aromatherapy is a complementary therapeutic treatment helping to improve your health & wellbeing. It can help with stress related symptoms, such as neck and shoulder tension, back pain, muscular discomfort, insomnia, respiratory problems, headaches, PMT related symptoms and can be useful to manage your overall stress levels.
At Essential Wellbeing NI, your therapist chooses essential oils for their scientifically researched therapeutic properties to address your personal health issues. Your personal blend is carefully crafted and tailored to your circumstances by blending Aromatherapy essential oils into carrier oils, creams, or balms, ready to apply to your skin. The essential oils are absorbed through the skin and they can help to reduce stress levels and affect your mind body and emotions. High stress levels can influence your wellbeing negatively and many chronic health issues can be contributed to by stress.
